One of the great gym in Abu Dhabi, the helped me through the last few years to get back in shape, i was going on & off .. and always felt welcomed, and i found trainers who listen to what i needed to help my body. If you are busy and want the good gym, they have class all day long

Amazing studio setting. Great ambiance. Variety classes for everyone. From Adults to kids. My personal favorite Zumba with Mariana. If you haven't signed up for any classes try one. Many to choose from.

Seriously this place made me in a better shap, i tried different gym before i go to the room, and i see that this place is the best, the prices is great, the people who work their are soo welcoming and the know what they are doing, especially that they will advise you in a healthy life style.. they are open all week in different times.. small gym but the people who work their are the most professional instructors i saw in Abudhabi .. the place are worth the visit
