Pilates Reformer Foundations
Level 1 : This class caters for those who are new to the Reformer and offers the perfect transition opportunity back in to reformer training after injury.
Pilates Reformer Performance
Level 2 & 3 : Practice additional and more advanced Reformer exercises and/or progressions of exercises. With a slightly faster pace and transitioning between exercises to link them in to a flowing sequence this workout is tailored to build core strength, endurance and increase flexibility.
Pilates Reformer Intermediate
Level 1 & 2 : Following the principals of Pilates, build your core strength and lean muscle tone whilst training with added tension and springs to lengthening the body, align the spine and improve overall posture and flexibility. In this class you will learn and practice exercises from both the Level 1 and Level 2 reformer repertoire.
Pilates Reformer Painfree - All Levels
