"Cristina found her yoga path after being tought by an Indian Yoga master in Traditional Hatha. The yoga practice strengthened her inner roots and inspired within her a sense of calmness, purpose and clarity. Cristina’s practice is focused on personal evolution and connecting with one’s self both on and off the matt.
Cristina has completed her Yoga Teacher Training and is a certified Yoga Alliance 200 RYT. She teaches groups and individual classes where she guides participants in experiencing their body-mind connection with thoughtfully practiced asana and pranayama."
