Having trained with Matt Roberts Personal Training in London, Charlotte spent 10 years as a business coach in London. In 2009, she took an L6 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy along with, Mat and Reformer Pilates instruction, and more recently become a certified Happiness Coach. Charlotte uses all these practices in her coaching therapy.
